Imperative for any construction project to succeed, both to boost efficiency and productivity, and to reduce cost. 

 

HIGH-RISE SITE SAFETY PLAN

​

We provide High-Rise Site Safety Plan as per Article 110 of the Administrative Code and BC 3310.3 of Chapter 33 of the Building Code.

 

LOW-RISE SITE SAFETY PLAN

​

For all structures that are not a major building, and it requires a Construction Superintendent, a site safety plan is required on site prior to construction taking place.

 

FACADE LOCAL LAW 11

​

Façade Restoration projects 15 stories or greater require site safety plan to show the scope of work for the entire project.
